Provisions for early ownership
The tenant may, at any time, apply for early ownership within a period of no less than ten days before the rental payment date
Early termination period

If the tenant submits an early ownership request before the completion of the second year from the start date of the contract, the lessor has the right to refrain from accepting the customer’s request or accept it and demand that he pay the full value of the remaining rental payments for these two years, including the term cost of these payments.
